Every Monday we join our community to learn more about meditation and other such mindfulness practices to help our community become more conscious so we can all enjoy a peaceful and joyful life. Meditation can unlock the doors to compassion in your community. By helping create a more mindful community we can reduce violent and non-violent crime rates, increase the overall health and well-being of our citizens, and build an atmosphere of safety. Free to join, however, donations are welcome!

All donations will be awarded evenly to the Gabby Project of Kokomo, founded and operated by Arianna Shanks-Hill awarded Miss Tippecanoe by the Miss America Opportunity, and The Howard County Literacy Coalition. The Gabby Project is focused on education for the prevention of domestic violence, raising awareness of domestic violence issues to reduce stigma, and supporting survivors of abuse on their healing and recovery journeys; The Gabby Project donations will be distributed to local domestic violence shelters.
